“The place was nice and everything until there was a mouse in the house. I contact the host and let them know but all I got was a message back saying "Theres traps laid out, housekeeping cannot do anything else." I requested a refund from there as I have a huge fear of mice and it made my stay uncomfortable..got silence. Probably wont be back until they can take care of the mouse problem.”
