Loved everything about the hotel and the room, with two exceptions. The pros -comfortable bed, refrigerator, desk for working, large spacious bathroom with amazing shower and the unbeatable views from the rooftop. The two cons- automatic light in bathroom that came on in the middle of the night even when nobody was in there and the hair dryer, it would overheat and it took me good half hour to dry hair waiting for it to cool down.

Everything was great...great(staff) reception, great room, very clean and not worn at all. We had a junior suite on the 5th floor facing the street...a little noise but not excessive. Great position and private parking right beside the entrance...Highly recommended.

The property is very modern and centrally located. The views of Gran Via from the rooms are very nice and the hotel has a restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive with any questions/needs. The only dislike was that the room were vert tight and small, but appreciated the larger bathroom.

It is a 1000 year old building, the host treated us wonderfully and we had a great chat in the bar. Much different than all the corporate owned hotels we stayed earlier in the week. There is a thermo springs a few blocks away.
