La Borde Haute is the perfect location for exploring the beautiful south West Of France . Nestled at the foot of the village Verteuil d'Agenais with its recently restored Chateau Des Vallons, the property is tastefully furnished providing guests with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Fully Fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge, satellite TV, DVD and WIFI. The house is air conditioned and also has a small balcony for your early morning coffee! Set in its own secure gated acre of gardens , with lots of mature pine and oak trees providing very welcome shade on those hot summer days .The property also boasts its very own practice golf range of 20000 m2, with a green and bunker. Perfect for all ages and skill levels. All golfing equipment is provided for your enjoyment. After your morning golfing why not relax at your own private pool, with plenty of sun shades, games, its own summer kitchen, BBQ and w/c. Bicycles are also available if you fancy exploring the countryside by bike.
