"Hotel was rated as a 4\*. As i m an experienced traveler, i was expecting more of this property. They must have received the 4\* when they first opened due to supposed facilities they had. Room was totally outdated, the pavement partially cleaned, there was issues with the light so that some lights turned on in the middle of the night, minibar was not existing, the minibar fridge was not working properly, the safe was not working, the bathroom tub - jacuzzi was not working either.
