"I liked that this property was at the end of a drive with wooded area on two sides, it was quiet, but yet very accessible to I 20. Breakfast the next morning was filling with something that we appreciate here in Texas, biscuits and gravy! Along with that, Plenty of other selections."

"While on the small side as Hampton Inns go, this place was well-run. Plenty of cookies upon arrival and the take away brown bags upon departure. The rooms were clean and the mattress was firm with lots of pillows. We appreciated the Keurig coffee pot and pods. Breakfast was good enough, and the kitchen fridge had additional free water bottles. The carpet in the lobby was a little worn and the leather on the lobby chairs was deteriorated. Overall a very good place with good access to the interstate."

"Really glad I booked this hotel. Everything and every staff person we encountered were wonderful. Breakfast buffet and choices were spectacular. Coffee was pretty good too. Room was quiet, clean, cool, and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The little cocktail bar was really nice. Bartender made a perfect gin martini. Wouod definitely stay here again if back in town. This stay eas part of our drive back to the east coast from CA."

"Our check engine light came on while in route to Atlanta from Dallas fathers day weekend. Long story short, we had to have our Escalade towed to Wagner Cadillac (engine failure ended up needing the entire engine replaced). We broke down right off 20, and parked at Pilot. Booked a Lyft to drop us off at 12 Oaks. I chose this hotel because of the pictures, reviews, but most importantly the unbeatable price for a King bed (considering this was an unplanned expense in addition to the trip we already paid for). I called prior to booking to ensure they were able to give us a room on the top floor away from the noise and the guy that answered was kind enough to confirm he had what we needed - without having an attitude or making me feel like I was bothering him with my picky questions. I appreciated that alone! We arrived, he remembered our conversation and situation and showed true concern/empathy to what I was going through with my three under aged daughters - check in was a breeze. Although the hotel ended up being booked to capacity it seemed like, everyone was decent and kept the noise down. My only complaint was being booked next to housekeeping's room. They made THE MOST NOISE the entire stay. In and out slamming doors, slamming things around in the room, etc. Other than that, this was definitely a steal for the value! I would stay here again. Oh, no bugs!!! Room was cleaned. It's an old hotel that has been remodeled obviously, but it does the job! "
