The non-smoking apartment consists of: a living room with 1 double bed and 1 day bed (day bed can be used as a single bed) as well as a dining table, TV with free cable and wireless internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishes and cookware, while the bathroom also has a washing machine. Living room: The living room / bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a bed if required. There is also a large dining table in the living room / bedroom as well as three chairs, a television and a luggage stand and a cloakroom. Kitchen area: The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine. Complete cooking and crockery utensils. Coffee, tea and sugar are also provided free of charge. Bathroom: In the bathroom there is a high-quality washstand, a shower, a Geberit toilet and a washing machine. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Check inn haben super geklappt und in der Wohnung war auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist okay, die Lage im Innenhof ist nicht störend, sie bietet abends Ruhe. Angenehm auch der kleine Fahrstuhl im Haus. Betten waren sehr gut, selbst das Zustellbett bietet erholsamen Schlaf nach einem langen Tag. In der Küche müssten Teelöffel ergänzt werden, die haben bestimmt Beine bekommen durch andere Mieter! The metro was less than 10 mins walk away, with easy connections from the airport. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf alle Fälle wieder mieten. Kleine Kritik: Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz so einfach zu finden. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist etwas zu schön dargestellt und nicht ganz so modern wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zusammengestückelt. Die Fernbedienung für den TV Receiver geht nicht. Am Bodenrand der Dusche war Schimmel. Nachts waren die Mieter oberhalb zu hören. Und dann noch das positive: Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war einfach und sehr nett, bei Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Kaffee und Tee sowie Toilettenpapier und Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden. Für kurze Aufenthalte durchaus geeignet. Die Sauberkeit war eher oberflächlich, wer mit Hausstaub Probleme hat, sollte diese Wohnung meiden. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen abgewohnten Eindruck. First the apartment was not clean, pillows like trash bags, towels and wash cloths were disgusting (we bought wash cloths for our stay), mold in shower stall, poor cutlery and dinner ware, my wife even scrub cleaned the range hood filter as it was ao filthy (pictures to prove). All written here was mentioned after our 7 day stay (keep in mind we made the best of this situation), the host replied that she would take our feedback into consideration but when we asked for a small reimbursement based on the misrepresented pics in the vrbo ad we were ignored. Jusque là pas de problèmes de communication. Elle m'avait indiqué le moyen de transport à prendre. (J'ai gardé nos mails de correspondance). Je lui avait répondu qu'on arrivait à 15h35 à l'aéroport. Bon il faut du temps avec train et bus et on était vers 17h à l'adresse indiquée. En sonnant à la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, personne n'ouvre la porte en bas. J'ai appelé Megan au seul numéro de téléphone qu'elle m'avait donné et je tombe sur son répondeur. J'ai téléphoné 18x, mon smartphone est témoin, et entre temps, un habitant de l'immeuble nous a fait rentrer et nous a indiqué l'appartement. Mais même résultat, personne n'ouvre la porte. Vers 19h, on était découragé, il faisait nuit et pas un temps très agréable, pas de courses alimentaires pour le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner. Une ville qu'on ne connaissait pas et pas d'idée où trouver une chambre d'hôtel : cauchemar ! Et juste enfin Megan qui repond pas très aimable pourquoi on n'avait pas téléphoné au 2ème numéro de téléphone et ne sachant pas quoi répondre quand j'ai dit qu'elle ne m'avait donné qu'un seul numéro de téléphone. Une femme était enfin en route qui est arrivée à 19h15\. Je lui ai montré le mail de Megan avec juste un seul numéro de téléphone. Elle s'est plusieurs fois excusée en disant que Megan avait un souci de santé dans sa famille. Dans ce cas, on peut parfaitement comprendre qu'elle n'a pas pu se déplacer mais malheureusement elle nous avait oublié et n'ayant pas donné le 2ème numéro de téléphone, pas moyen de contacter une autre personne. Puis pendant tout notre séjour d'une semaine, elle n'a pas envoyé un mot d'excuse ayant pourtant mon numéro de téléphone et étant sur Whatsapp. Nous ne pouvons donc pas donner une bonne impression pour notre séjour à Vienne. ##### Ada V. ### 8/10 还可以 #### Joan G. 2019 年 10 月 2 日 满意：清洁度 #### Acogedor y tranquilo El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotografías, es pequeño pero acogedor. Nos sorprendió no encontrar una puerta entre la cocina y el salón, ya que sería útil para evitar que salgan olores de la cocina. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr ruhig zum grünen Innenhof leider ohne Balkon. In der Nähe (300 Meter) ein österreischer "Aldi" - Hofer mit dem Backshop. Perfect für die Selbstversorger. Starting a visit with”I charge extra for a late check in” (we intended to check in at 8pm!) After some discussion we agreed to 7:30pm and NO later, where upon we got to wait 20 min in front of the building! This was followed with a harried intro to keys, access, explanation of apartment...a rather poor welcome! )-: were: warm shower NOT hot; towels may have been white some time ago; towel rack not working; oven didn’t work; kitchen sink drain full of dirt; key plate of front door fell off; general appearance of apartment was not showing any pride of ownership but rather one of a “cash cow” that was minimally taken care of. Sorry to say NO the experience was not a happy one.
