“Clean and spacious room. Good AC, which was essential in this heat wave. Good location if you need to be close to the train and bus station. Generally quiet with only occasional noise from the street. Communication with staff was good, with only a few small glitches (e.g., we agreed to have room cleaning done on Sunday, but nobody showed up on Sun and it happened on Tue instead).
