“The building is brand new and really nice. The apartment is very spacious and has a nice kitchen, but there’s no stove. It would be great to have at least one burner so you can cook a simple meal. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes from downtown Tamarindo.”

“The resort is beautiful, especially on the ocean side of the street. The pool at the other side is large with a swim-up bar and very pleasant. Front desk and site personnel were great. Concierge not so much. I could tell they just book with the companies they have an agreement with, without any concern for what we are looking for- they were on autopilot and just pointed to whatever was shown on their iPad. I wouldn't recommend doing the ATV forest tour through them. It was mostly farmland……

“We stayed for our honeymoon and it was an excellent stay. The staff were kind and helpful, just be prepared to communicate in Spanish. The "included breakfast" is freshly cooked by the staff to order: gallo pinto, omelette, toast, etc and all were delicious. The AC and fan in the room were sufficient to keep it cool and enjoyable. The pool was clean and fun. Less than 5 minute walk to Coco Beach. Several decent restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the main street with lots of stuff available……

“Lo primero es que no se guien por las fotos. El area del comedor super caliente, la piscina sucia, el cuarto huele a humedad, la ducha le saltaba el agua por todos los la dos, el cuarto tenia un colchon en el suelo, en otras palabras Terrible.”

“Everything!!! We were the only people staying there at the time and got to have the whole place to ourselves. It was a great birthday treat for myself and my partner. 10/10 would go back especially for the dogs: Canela, Chocolate, and Rocky”

“While the proximity to the beach was as advertised, the hotel and pool portion of the cafe were run down and not inline with our expectations for the price. There were loud workers talking outside our door at 4am, the construction next door wafter fire smoke into the room and onto the property at night and in the morning. Giant 4" spider found in the bathroom.”

“Nice little local hotel. Lovely landscaping. Cozy room and great breakfast. Bathroom was just ok and with a slight smell. Other then that, everything was good. Good value. Friendly staff.”
