"Das sogenannte Compfort Zimmer war für die Preis-Leistung veraltet. Das Matratze war durchgelegen. Nach diesen ersten Eindrücken habe ich es dann auch vermieden die Sauna zu benutzen, die eh nicht an war.
Sollte erstmal wieder etwas auf einen neueren Stand gebracht werden. Die Bewertung von über 8 Punkten ist viel zu hoch gegriffen. Alleine schon wegen den Gesamtpreis, unteranderem wegen dem spärlichen und zu teuren Frühstück "

"I arrived at the hotel only to find out that it was closed, despite having a confirmed reservation. I attempted to contact them by phone multiple times, but no one responded. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. In the end, I was forced to find a last-minute alternative at the hotel further down the avenue.
This kind of lack of professionalism and communication is inexcusable. I would strongly advise others to stay away. Management should seriously reconsider whether they’re in...
