Morning Sunrise - Oceanfront Condo with Ocean Views from every room

Welcome to the Morning Sunrise at the Horizons! We truly believe this is the most beautiful and well positioned condo in Daytona Beach! The reason we feel that way is the fact each bedroom is directly on the ocean and even standing in the kitchen is oceanview. This wonderful condo has a southern exposure to view Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, the famous Daytona Pier, and if you're lucky a rocket launch from Cape Kennedy. Sunrises are Spectatular and always different!!! Wonderful memories are made right on the wrap around balcony before ever stepping foot on the beautiful white sand.

The two large bedrooms each have kingsize beds and there is a pull out sofa bed in living room. There are TV's in every room along with a DVD player
There are only 4 units on each of the 19 floors of the building and each floor has its own washer and dryer.
You have access to all our wonderful amenities which include a large pool, barbecue area with grills and tables for your dining pleasure, gated beach access, well equipped exercise room, sauna with shower, and underground designated parking where you will find beach chairs, mats etc for your use. Bring your clothes as we provide all sheets, towels, beach towels and anything else we can think of to make your stay enjoyable and easy! Anything you might need is only blocks away such as restaurants, movies, groceries, drug store, amusement parks, and the Famous Daytona Speedway is only a 15 minute drive.

**********************************************our building,is currently under construction. The Unit is completed with new windows and sliding glass doors! The balconies are available however we are not allowed to have permanent furniture but we do provide chairs so our tenants can enjoy the balcony . There could be noise depending how on how close the work is to our unit on the dates of the booking. Starting in October the work has moved to the 1st to the 7th floor. We are on 15. Please inquire with host for details *******************************************

Great Condo

We’ve stayed in several condos in the greater Daytona area, but this one had the best layout by far. Large living areas and a great balcony. Awesome beach access. Condo has everything you need for a great and relaxing stay.

The condo is beautifully decorated and welcoming. The views are amazing. There was some construction going on due to the last hurricane but it was kept to a minimum. No repairs were needed in our condo. Although we did not have any problems, Paul made sure we knew he was available should we need him. This was our second stay in this condo and it was just as nice as last time

We checked in and everything was great. There were snacks on the counter which we enjoyed. The view was amazing. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. The pool was refreshing. Can’t say enough good things about it. The owner responded quickly the couple times I texted him. It was a great stay. Would love to stay there again.

Lovely condo with all you need!

This is a well maintained and clean condo. Everything you could need is there. The owner was easy to reach when necessary & quickly responded. We stayed for 6 weeks and really didn't mind the construction much; and we look forward to coming again!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Super clean condo with gorgeous view. Comfortable bed and so many attention to detail items. Coffee, great AC. Construction a little annoying but not a bother at all. Will be back!

We had a great time-Morning Sunrise was spacious enough for three adults and conveniently located. We were welcomed with candies and breakfast bars, which was a nice, unexpected touch. Finally, Paul, our host, was very responsive when we had a minor issue. All in all, a great experience.

Beautiful Location and Condo

This condo was the perfect location for all we wanted to do while in Daytona Beach. Being right on the beach and watching the beautiful sunrise every morning were the icing on the cake! The condo was clean, communication with the owner was easy, and the condo was well stocked with multiples of all basic items, plus many extras. Washer and dryer are just down the hall (bring quarters!). Publix is nearby for your grocery needs. I highly recommend this condo, it is perfection! ❤️

Amazing!!! We Already Booked for Next Year!!!

We have stayed at the Horizons for the past 3 years and this was our first time in this condo and let me just say....WE LOVED IT!! Most condos are laid out the same but we were sold with the chairs on the balcony. I know that sounds crazy but we spend alot of time on the balcony and the chairs closed the deal for us and we are so glad we did!!! Great view, great set up, we have no complaints!!!! We are on count down for next year!!! Thanks for a wonderful time and we look forward to next time!!!!

A Great Experience

The condo was everything I had hoped for and more. Plenty of space for 2 couples and a kid. The parking space could have been better in the garage, but it did help me get my steps in. The sliding door going out to the balcony from the master bedroom did not work but could still be entered via the living room.

Thanksgiving trip

Location was great, condo was very nice. We contacted owner about a problem and he sent someone quickly to fix it. We have a couple of minor things to mention. There were several pieces of trash under the bed, empty food container, used tissues, toy. Also several light bulbs were burned out - both big living room lamps and one in dining room fixture. Could find no more bulbs

Disappointed in our 2 week Daytona Beach Vacation

This condo building is currently under restoration. Our host did inform us of the construction but we were told it was not in our location. We tried to be tolerant with the noise but it became overwhelming (they were jackhammering on the floor above). We contacted the host and he gave us a one night hotel compensation. We rented for 2 weeks. The view is beautiful if we could have enjoyed it. The photos were probably taken years ago. For example ...the living room furniture was in poor condition, the windows and sliding doors were inoperable. The closets stored paint cans and were unusable. The host (owner) should have been aware of the restoration schedule. This unit should never had been available for rent. Totally disappointed.

Very Nicr Condo

The condo was as advertised. It is very nice. The views from the balcony were expansive views of the ocean and shoreline. The layout and furnishings were very good and tasteful although the sofas are a bit shopworn. Cleaning of the airfilter grate is overdue. The property amenites are in various states of disrepair. The lobby is unattended and full of debris items. The laundry room light is non existent. The dry sauna was off limits, the workout facilities were small and a bit uninviting, parking was good, signage, doors and carts were probably temporarily sub-par, there was a plumbing issue in the kitchen sink that was rectified by the owner via a plumber within 24-36 hours. The pool looked very nice, but it was too cool to use it. The oener supplied some very nice goodies and the kitchen was well stocked. The location of the building is very convenient.

This was our second year at the Horizons condos. We loved it. We had an awesome vacation. All the needed essentials were there for us and the home was clean and well furnished. Great views! Already booked for next year!
