"heerlijk apartement, mooie kamer met lekkere bank, goede tafel met stoelen, lekkere badkamer, prima slaapkamer met een goed bed en een goed uitgeruste keuken . Heel goed voor een paar dagen, wij waren er voor slechts 1 nacht op doorreis, maar dit apartement is zeker aan te bevallen om wat langer in de buurt van Karlsruhe te blijven. 1 straat verder is een mooi park waar kinderen en honden prima kunnen spelen. het apartement is wat lastig te bereiken, met buiten een ijzeren trapje omhoog en weer...

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Die Erklärungen unserer Vermieterin waren sehr klar und jedes Mal, wenn wir etwas brauchten, ging sie auf uns ein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht ist sehr schön (auch wenn es im Frühling oder Sommer besser sein muss) und die Gegend ist ideal für alle Arten von Spaziergängen. "Pros: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ganz im Gegenteil, soviele nette und süße Kleinigkeiten, dass habe ich so noch nicht vorgefunden Cons: Die Wohnung ist noch sehr neu und geht gerade durch seinen ersten Sommer. Daher wäre es super wenn es in der Zukunft einen Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern geben könnte. Wir waren leider völlig zerstochen."

"Spontan auf einen Kurztrip nach Gernsbach. Wohnung wie beschrieben, einfacher check in und sehr gute Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas sehr klein für unsere Familie (2 Kinder Hund) aber es hat alles gut geklappt. Von hier aus gibt es auch viele tolle Möglichkeiten für daytrips!"
