Welcome to Bishop House, a warm and inviting Walla Walla escape offering comfort, space, and your own private backyard pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of wine tasting or exploring downtown.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with accommodation for up to 10 total guests when using the sleeper sofa. Designed for groups, friends, and families with older children, Bishop House offers multiple gathering spaces and beautifully furnished bedrooms for rest and connection.

Inside, enjoy a fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring granite countertops, a wine fridge, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The living areas are thoughtfully arranged for gathering, unwinding, and enjoying time together.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a fully fenced pool (open May–September), mature trees, and ample lounge seating—your own peaceful retreat in the heart of wine country.

Pet Friendly:
Dogs are welcome. To help preserve the home’s light carpeting, we kindly ask that paws are wiped before coming indoors. (Pet fee applies.)

House Rules – Please Read Before Booking
Our first goal is for guests to have fun and make lasting memories. To ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone, please review the following house rules.

Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM

Age Requirement:
- This property is strictly limited to guests ages 12 and over due to the depth of the pool.
- Children under 12 are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Occupancy & Visitors
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests, or up to 10 when using the sleeper sofa.
- Only registered guests plus up to 4 day visitors are permitted.
- No unauthorized guests at any time.

Pool Rules (May–September)
- Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
- All guests must be confident swimmers.
- No diving, running, or glass in or near the pool area.
- Breezeway door and pool deck gate must remain secured at all times.

Pets
- Dogs are permitted with prior approval.
- Pets must be house-trained.
- Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage, including accidents, stains, or excessive cleaning.
- All yard waste must be picked up promptly.

Noise & Gatherings
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Damage Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including items not covered by Safely Insurance.
Please report any damage immediately so it can be addressed promptly.

All cancellations are subject to a 4% merchant service processing fee, excluding Airbnb and Marriott reservations.

This property was great for a girls' weekend. We appreciated all of the fancy kitchen amenities (multiple coffee makers, wine fridge, fancy oven)! There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to spend time together between the two living rooms, the dining room, and the pool area. We'd stay here again!

All you could hope for!

Visiting family in town and we had such fun at the Bishop House! A lovely home to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the company of friends and/or family. Comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen, comfy living spaces, and amazing (all that you could hope for and more!) backyard pool.

Wonderfully appointed house for 3 couples

The kitchen is stocked beyond anything you'd expect, the linens are good, the furniture was nice, everything was in good repair and the house was very clean. It has a family room off the kitchen and a living room as well. The yard was lovely and although it wasn't warm enough to swim, we enjoyed sitting in the sun. There are 8 lounge chairs, a table with 6 chairs as well as a conversational patio area so lots of room for many people. Pool towels were provided. It was overall a very good experience.

Family summer getaway

We had wonderful stay with our three boys who loved the pool. And we had so much fun exploring walla walla. Great quiet and private location but close to parks and downtown. We hope to be back!

Perfect for wine tasting

Great location for visiting wineries, relaxing in the pool afterwards, making dinner in a well equipped kitchen that has a big stove and nice BBQ on the patio. Several nice seating areas for board games after dinner. Would definitely come back and recommend staying here.

Overall a nice property with nice amenities. Pool was in average condition, AC turned off automatically at night and it got hot, particularly upstairs otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a large group

We enjoyed our sibling weekend in the Bishop House. It was spacious enough for 8 of us to cook dinners in the well equipped kitchen, play games in the family room and it provided easy access to get to the wineries. We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

Loved the home and the two family room areas. The kitchen was well-stocked with the necessities for cooking. All the beds were super comfy. The pool was amazing and we loved the shade the trees offered. However, I wish it was heated a little it did get a little chilly in the pool. Overall, great and I would book again!!!

Great House!

The house has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The pool temp. was perfect. There was plenty of space in the garage to store you bikes, golf clubs, etc. The location was an easy bike or walk into downtown. Finally, Alexa was very responsive to all questions and requests before and during our stay.

Bishop House

We have stayed here before and love the location, the pool and the home itself. We couldn’t find an instruction manual (online?) for the nice dacor stove/ovens and couldn’t get the larger oven to bake to temperature but felt it was probably operator error! 😉 The top dishwasher rack needs repair but other than that, this home is great. Comfy beds, lots of room inside and outside, a great location and a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Will definitely return again!

Great house with great amenities

We had a great time staying at the Bishop house. The pool was great, the house was awesome. There were ten of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. Definitely would recommend.
