“The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. “This unit is very spacious and well-appointed for a studio apartment. The views of the city and Mt. Diablo are very nice.I continue to be dissatisfied with property management company. I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all.”

“Beside the location near to public transport, the motel is terrible, the electric plug dangerously hang out ! No remote for the tv, I asked for it numerous times . The bathroom need a big refreshing, no shampoo, a tiny piece of horrible soap. The room was smelling cigarettes probably an old smell ! I used to stay in that place many years before . Never been that bad !!!! Well , this hotel is not expensive but needs a really good update. I will not mind a price going up for a better……
