Home was just as listed. Plenty of room for 7 adult sized humans. The neighborhood itself is nice as was the home. The neighborhood is well kept row houses. A decent walk to the metro station about a half mile. Bus stop is much closer. There is a corner store a quarter of a mile from the houses which you have to walk by to get to the metro which clear has some drug use happening outside of it. We never felt unsafe. The one issue we had is the common area did not have a enough couch space for all seven of us. We found parking when we needed it and had a good stay. The coffee was stale and the choices were terrible. Thanks for the ice though. The towels were adequate but not enough wash rags. We did basic cooking and appreciated the proximity to Columbia Heights restaurants, bars etc. No bedroom had two beds so that was an error in description. It is fully stocked with all of the things you may need on your trip.
