“When we arrived at the hotel the room seemed nice. There was a small sofa and kitchen area and then the next room was the bedroom and the bathroom. When I looked in the kitchen cabinets, there was absolutely nothing in any of them. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and a full-size range, but no plates, silverware, cups or anything in the kitchen. Going back to the bathroom I found that the toilet had not been cleaned.
