“This a very smart home, and designed for family fun. The swimming pool is heated to 30deg. and is a great attraction. The hardcourt tennis is full size and another bonus. The large gardens are beautiful and the walled garden doubles as a croquet lawn. There are bikes, football, table tennis and DVD player. “the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. ”

“Perfect place for our one night stop over when travelling through Norfolk. Exeptionally clean, friendly hosts and well stocked kitchen. Good tv, comfy bed. For a longer stay, we might have wanted to be more central. But a perfect place to travel out from by car.”
