"Schöne Wohnung im alten Stadtteil von Bad Laasphe. Alles was man im Alltag braucht, ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Wanderwege zu entdecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich!"

"I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."
