“This was my first vrbo experience so I wasn't sure exactly how things went but when I hadn't received a door code 2 hours before check-in time, I messaged the host. She was always quick to respond and although she had a last minute emergency with the house cleaner and the house wasn't ready on time, she made sure to get in there and get it cleaned that evening and we had a comfy place to sleep. She was also quick to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience which was very considerate. ”

“House was very clean and decorated very nice! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the play area in the back room and the little snack basket for guests! We accidentally left two pieces of clothing in the closet and the host promptly let us know and we were able to retrieve the items from her quickly, which was very much appreciated! ”
