“Perfect home away from home (just a few minutes off main highway after 16 hr drive). The check-in process was quick and easy and the dogs were running around the huge fully fenced in yard within minutes of our arrival. The neighborhood was great for walking the dogs and scenic for us, with the pond just down at the end if the road. The backyard had a real nice grill, fire pit, and patio area. “This property is right in town yet you feel like you are staying in a quiet suburb. We have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and this place was extremely clean and decorated very cute. King bed in master is very comfortable which is always a huge plus in my book.”

“Just a few minutes outside of Wausau, the house sits on a large, peaceful plot of land far enough away from everything, but not too far. The quiet spot was great for a fire outside at night and even had a strand of solar lights surrounding the fire pit which was a nice touch. The house had everything you could want and was in great condition. Again the s'mores package from the host was incredibly thoughtful, but they even had spices for cooking (which would be nice if others started doing as……

Would have plenty of room for children as well with a large sitting room downstairs along with third bedroom/office workspace. Excellent communication with host. “The property and home were exactly what we envisioned! Spacious and clean with quiet and gorgeous acreage. Plenty of parking space for several vehicles since most in our group arrived separately. We enjoyed the golf carts, bonfires and s’mores and making meals in the open kitchen / dining / family room area. We enjoyed the close proximity to brewery, grocery stores and small town shops and baked goods. We are grateful for the time with family at this property and look forward to our return soon!”
