"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "A Really convenient location, directly opposite a tram stop for access in to Basel, but it is only a 10min downhill walk to the city centre, so used more for the return to the hotel. We got free travel tickets for bus and tram rides in and around Basel. It is also valid for the return trip to the airport. So worth investigating about the free transportation. "

"Some reviews say it is a 10mins walk from the train station. There are 2 train stations and the international one, we came in from Strasbourg, is a 36mins walk! Our mistake but worth noting.
