“This place needs a major overhaul!!!!”

“Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast”

“Para el precio el lugar está bueno, no es un hotel nuevo así que tiene cosas que necesitan reparación. Pero el personal es excelente y el desayuno muy bueno.”

“Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good. The……

“Perfect location for a 1 night stay passing through the area. Good amenities for a family of 4 (2 kids)”

“It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff, beds were so comfy and love the breakfast.”

“The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The room needed a chair to sit I.”

“We stayed in Room 103. The box springs were incredibly squeaky...I mean REALLY squeaky. Once you got settled in bed it was fine but even rolling over was a noisy experience.”

Good hotel overall - have stayed before - but wifi was out for over 24 hours over Th/Fri and staff couldn't really communicate anything other than "somebody's coming this afternoon to look at it". Turns out it was a provider problem and was out in that area, but it impacted our work days. Staff didn't seem to know it was out anywhere but the hotel, and though they were friendly people, they were overwhelmed with……

“Staff were Great! Awesome and highly impressed. Rooms were udated, comfortable, and nice. I liked the exterior room doors because I could park my car right in front of the room which makes it very easy to load and unload.”
