The carpeting was dirty, and worn in the hall ways with carpet strings showing. When we arrived there was no water available and said it would be fixed in approximately an hour. When we got back from dinner we checked and the water was working but what came out of the faucet was grey in color and there was no hot water till the next morning. We were afraid to use the water to brush our teeth and went to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water and they told us it was $2.00 each.
