“The space is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The deck looks directly into trees and provides an excellent opportunity to decompress. There are chickens and goats on the property that are free to roam. Though I enjoyed their company, expect the goats to keep you up at night if they end up liking you as they slept outside my door and got up to move around throughout the night which will interrupt your sleep as their feet and the deck create noise. “Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here……

“The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. The rugs were stained and dirty. It literally looked like no one had been in there in months. Clearly, no housekeeping was done.
