“Amazing pool area and arcade! However, the room smelled heavily of new construction fumes, which agitated my asthma, and brown goo dripped on me from a ceiling vent. The hotel’s response was to send someone to clean out the vent. They left the sopping wet towels on the floor. The windows don’t open so no way to air out the room. They charge you for each piece of disposable toiletry ($2 for the same toothbrush that every other hotel hands out for free). I expected better for a room that costs……

“Was a great trip, the booking included the water park. The restaurant was great. They are super stingy as you only get one crappy role of toilet paper a day and one xtra blanket per room. It was 52 degrees the mornings we were there so bring your own if you have a large group. Everyone had a great time.”

“The balcony was nice, view of the woods had lil creek runing threw. Hot tub in room was nice came in even more handy when the hot tub and pool were packed. Staff was super helpful and had great sence of humor. biggest issue was parking people brought a boat took 2 parking spots someone bought a truck and small trailer took up 4 parking spots so if u get a spot early highly advise you stay parked cause if u leave and its busy might not get a spot.”
