Summary:
Enjoy the sea air and watch the surfers off Lover's Point from this tastefully furnished and generously appointed family oasis where you will see and feel the ocean from within. The ground floor property is directly across the road from the beach and an easy stroll to Yamba's boutiques, restaurants and the iconic Pacific Hotel. It is also one of only a small number of apartments in Yamba that enjoys the appeal of a swimming pool and is part of a small complex of only five units.

The Space:
This apartment allows you to connect with the ocean. Our guests enjoy views over Lover's Point and the white wash of Pippi Beach. You can watch the sun rise and the moon wax and wane from the living areas and the balcony at the front of the apartment.

La Ronde One has private access from the ground level and overlooks the sparkling blue kidney shaped pool at the rear. The living and dining area is designed for comfort and coastal living. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need on your holiday and so too is the laundry.

This three bedroom coastal inspired apartment has a beachside living area and stretches away from the ocean to reveal three generous sized bedrooms. The first bedroom down the hall has two single beds, ceiling fan and a large smart TV to provide an additional living area escape for guests. Proceed further down the hall to a second queen-sized bedroom with large built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan, with room for a cot if needed. These two bedrooms are serviced by a full bathroom with shower and bath as well as a separate toilet. The ensuited master bedroom at the rear of the property boasts a king-sized bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, large built in wardrobe, shower and toilet and a balcony overlooking the pool which provides a small clothesline for all your beach gear.

Back street access to the unit leads to a two car tandem lock up garage with plenty of storage space for bikes or boards and and has an automatic garage door.

Fast and unlimited wifi, two large smart TVs, comfortable beds, reverse cycle air conditioning in the master and ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and the living areas, along with the provision of bed linen and bath towels make for a stress free, enjoyable beach side holiday at La Ronde One.

Please note that whilst the apartment is located on the ground floor and is a single level dwelling, there are three steps up to the entryway and two steps within the apartment.

The cleaning fee associated with this listing includes full, professional cleaning and linen hire.

Guest Access:
You'll enjoy your own private access from the ground floor. There is a lock box available on site for convenient check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Pippi Beach is a pristine white sandy beach with great surf and is directly accessible from the front of the apartment. The beach is long and perfect for morning and afternoon strolls. It's overlooked by Lover's Point which offers a wonderful vantage of the length of Pippi Beach and Angourie beyond, as well as back toward Convent Beach, Main Beach and the break wall.

La Ronde One is a relatively flat walk to town and a short stroll to the top of "the hill" where there are more restaurants adjacent to the Pacific Hotel. Ager Park and children's playground is nearby and overlooks Pippi and Convent Beach.

Other Things to Note:
The pool is fully fenced and shared with the five apartments.
