With your own private jetty and expansive fully fenced lawn right down to the lakefront, this is the perfect base for a fun holiday of water sports and fishing.

Incredible water views out across Lake Mulwala, this lovely waterfront property offers all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday stay.

Large open plan living / dining / kitchen area offering Lake Mulwala views.

Outdoor undercover entertaining area with BBQ and dining settings. Great for those larger groups needing space.

Full kitchen with Jura automatic coffee machine.

Our region also offers our visitors world class golf courses, wineries and local produce in abundance.

Sleeps up 10 guests utilising two mattresses in bunk room.

Bedding Configuration:

Master: 1 x King bed with ensuite

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single Bunk beds, mattresses available for 2 guests.

Modern family bathroom with bath, shower plus separate toilet.

Parking
Guests are offered parking in the driveway, and there is also parking available at the front of the house.

The garage is not offered for guest use, however a lockable shed at the rear is offered.
