Lovely hotel in a residential area just a few minutes walk to the beach. Very nice staff. The room was fine, nothing fancy. Heated pool was a nice treat. We enjoyed our weekend with no complaints.

Very nice location about 300 yards from Long beach and a short 10 minute walk to downtown and short sands beach. Within walking distance of Nubble lighthouse, very friendly nice staff. Out only issue was the hot water pressure in our room was low. Everything else was great and will be back again.
