Staff was very friendly. I like the shampoo, shower gel and soap provided. Smells great and my hair was smooth after shampoo without need of hair conditioner. I stayed in the junior king, love the bathroom and soak tub with tv. Though small details in room cleaning needs improvement. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

In Wulai it's a must to see this spectacular waterfall. You can either hike down the river or take the cable car to get across the Nanshin river. There used to be an amusement park up on the mountain but it has since been destroyed by typhoon in 2015. Restoration and rebuilding in progress.
