The hotel was outdated and needed upgrades. The path leading to the elevator and room always had trashcans that needed to be emptied. My toilet seat was loose and was barely hanging on. I informed the lady at the front desk and she appeared irritated that I did that. On the second day, i went to my room and my keys didn't work. I had to go back downstairs and get in line, to get me keys. At that point, I was ready to check out and book a hotel somewhere else. Unfortunately, there were no rooms available and I had no choice but to stay the remaining days on my reservation. I will NOT stay here again!!!
