Room was big and spacious, nice big tv for then we wanted to chill after walking around krakow. Staff were more than happy to help when requested. Only down side was the shower holder could have done with been a bit higher but i managed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a spectacular view of the castle and river. It was clean, with a lovely soft deep carpet, decent storage for clothing, comfortable bed, and bathroom with good lighting, a magnifying mirror and lovely toiletries. Temperature control kept reverting to a high temperature, not great for sleeping, but that was the only negative.

This is my usual transit hotel when working in Poland. The staff are friendly, it is near the railway station and one of the Christmas Markets, they do a good breakfast, and the price is good.
