“A great no-frills, clean and quiet apartment adjacent to a home in low-traffic suburban neighborhood. Very close to food, shops, Winter Park, and Orlando.”

“The place was fine except there was NO shampoo and NO body wash in either bathroom. We did not realize this until we took morning showers. They were WATER showers only. Very disappointed! The floor in the shared bathroom was grimy. Other than that, we were fine with the place. Thank you.”

“The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind.”

“We were a family of four who stayed for a week in March 2024. The location is great, we walked to Universal on one of our days, so if you're energetic - you can walk and save on an Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Most days we took an Uber and the prices were very good since the location is so close to Universal. The apartment was very clean and it had everything that we needed to cook some of our meals. The beds are comfortable (I think they were Queen size). The three pools were also very clean and well……

“This house was the perfect size for our family of 6. Centrally located and not far from the parks. I would rent from them again if we return to Orlando.”

“It was a bit tricky to find as it is on a side road not the actual address of the main house but mission accomplished-I found it. I was happy to off the busy main road. I found everything easily and enjoyed my stay. I never saw the host or had any communication other than via email thru VRBO. I would recommend this as it was very well appointed and clean.”

“This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!”

“I agree with a previous review stating the condo is nicer than the building it’s in. When we first arrived and got off the elevator, there was a weird smell that made me initially concerned. The room was as shown in photos, small kitchenette with mini fridge and ceramic hot plate was functional. Cleanliness was subpar, dish rack is rusted and sponge for dishes is clearly old. There weren’t extra trash bags or paper towel so we did have to go to the market and provide our own which is fine just……
