“EXELENTE ubicación.. Se va a cataratas caminando 5 minutos por un sendero .. Te acompaña personal del hotel por si algún animal se acerca.. El personal es atento y aunque nadie habla español, se esfuerzan por hacer tu estancia agradable.. Al llegar llamaron a un traductor para que pudiera informarnos correctamente de los servicios del hotel.. El desayuno es variado y riquísimo.. Los restaurantes tienen buena cocina y menú internacional.. Volvería sin dudas...”

“Overall my stay went very well. Staff was very kind and ready to assist, the breakfast included was simple but tasty and the restaurant also provides quality. The room was comfy and spacious. The only drawback was that my room faced the main street which was very busy and noisy both Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was perfect though.”

“I think that this is my favorite hotel anywhere, the location by the river is beautiful and quiet. The staff are all friendly, helpful and have a seemingly never ending amount of happy, bouncy energy! We ate from the main dinner menu once, the buffet twice and had a few lunches by the pool - all the food was delicious, plus the Gin and tonics were fabulous! (Yes its a bit expensive but look at where you are!) The resident Cats, Warthogs & Hippos plus the staff and the river setting make this...

"El hotel está muy cerca de las cataratas, se escuchan por la noche, es genial. Al lado está el mercado de artesanías que es enorme. En frente ya hay restaurantes y el resto están a un minuto a pie. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias nosotros estuvimos en una superior y la cama es cómodisima. El personal de recepción estupendo, nos atendieron genial. Si vuelvo a cataratas victoria me quedaré en ese hotel. "
