The holiday flat Residenz am Strand - 2-room flat in Zingst is a high-quality furnished accommodation in the first row directly on the beach of Zingst.

The 53 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 newly renovated bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Facilities also include WLAN and a TV. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house for a fee. A private sauna is available in the house. A baby cot and a high chair can be borrowed for a fee.

One car parking space is available in an underground car park, the entrance is 2.10 m high. Bicycles can also be safely parked in the underground car park. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted.
