“The room was clean the staff respond really fast when you need help it is family friendly the only issue I had was the tv I plugged it in but it said I need like an update and wasn’t working but that was the only issue that I had but over all very nice looking apartment”

“As we arrived/departed outside business hours, we did not see the personal, but their communication via Expedia chat was very friendly and polite. They also upgraded our room to Superior one for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The check-in instructions were clear, however entering the code at the sensor display was somewhat cumbersome, but it worked at the end.
