"We were given a very warm welcome from our host. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable. It has been updated and was very clean and well taken care of. It is up among grape vineyards and gardens surrounded by beautiful forested hills. The owner was very knowledgeable about the culture and area contacts. For us, it really seemed like "heaven on earth". We want to return."

"We really liked the apartment. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary tools for preparing meals. The home's amenities were of a high standard. The pool and sauna made our stay more enjoyable, and we gladly used them. We really liked the location of the house - peaceful and quiet surroundings. We would gladly return to this place!"

Grocery stores accessible easily- but closed at 8PM and completely on Sundays. Host shopped for us since we arrived on a Sunday... and with advance notice, we were able to check in early. "We had a wonderful time in this very charming country house. The house is very cosy and clean. The view is even more exceptional in real than on the pictures. We enjoyed a lot the lovely garden, the beautiful sunsets and stars. The environment is very calm. The region is beautiful for hiking and cycling. Owner Mirjam is very friendly and correct. She gave us very good tips about activities. For exemple from Litjia, it is very easy to take the train to Ljublijana for a daytrip. For sure we will...

"Ana is a great host and the location is stunning. The accommodation is rustic with a very basic kitchen and downstairs toilet but putting that aside it was great and we would be very happy to visit again."

"What can we say…the property is absolutely amazing. All you can wish for is available. The kids loved the pool, the house has airco in all the rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, Great beds…and the best of all are the hosts. They live across the street and made sure our stay was lovely! They are lovely people. The river Kolpa is reached in 10 minutes by foot and kids can swim there. Our kids loved it. For us this was a 10 out of 10!!"

"We had a great stay for 6 nights in a twin room. Staff and service were excellent, free parking and close to big shopping centre called Supernova. The breakfast was great for my Mum but as I am vegan, the options were a bit limited. 24 hr reception desk was a good feature too!"

"What a stay! We had the most amazing time at Art House in Slovenia, it truly felt like a 5-star experience. My son absolutely fell in love (mimd you, he is only 6) with the apartment, and we couldn’t agree more. The design is stunning, with every little detail carefully thought out, and the views are simply beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and more, from cozy bathrobes and great coffee to a full set of utensils, a washing machine, and two spacious, comfortable beds. It was spotless, stylish, and so welcoming. Honestly, I can’t fault a single thing.Our time in Slovenia was made even more special because of this apartment. I really hope to come back to Europe soon, and when I do, staying here again just to relax and unwind will be at the top of my list. Thank you, Ziga, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay unforgettable!"

"30 mins from Ljubjana, 10 mins from river swimming spots, and loads of restaurants (though manly Pizzerias). 3 mins from small supermarket and a bakery. Ideal place as long as you have a car. We were also able to go to Lake Bled, Wild bear watching and loads of river swimming. "
