The hotel is good if you go with the whole family. Budget friendly. I thought when we booked a room for a family of four they say in their offer with breakfast but as i finished the booking it was only breakfast for 2 instead of four. Four people in a room but only 1 roll of toilet paper. I need to call the reception to ask for more. And it takes time to arrive eventhough they have a lot of staff working everyday. We maked coffee in the morning and request for a complete make up of our room. But when we returned later we found out that they didn't change our coffee mugs and glass. And then i asked for a new one they said they will but they never came. After the room cleaning we don't have a hand towel and floor towel. I asked for one but they said they will and i need to wait for a staff to come over. The staff came and said the towel are negative man. So it means they don't have so we need to use one of our towel to use it as a floor towel. I asked for a shower gel and they gave me shampoo and lotion. Staff are very respectful and they are all nice. But they need to work harder to offer good service to the customer.

Very nice resort, personnel very kind and helpful, very clean and the room is very spacious,
