An unpleasant smell. Very dirty The room is very shabby feel very old. A very bad experience The smell of the room is disgusting. Of you want to find a clean and comfortable room. Please consider carefully Because this is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. By the way The swimming pool is like a decoration My window was in the hallway and it was clear glass and anyone passing through it could see inside the room The door is very old and thin I guess you can kick the door open whit your feet easily. The price is seriously out of line with the actual situation

Prime luxury hotel the staff were excellent very hospitable and kind helpful and friendly. The food was excellent in the restaurants. Very friendly family atmosphere Will definitely repeat this experience

It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful, you pay for the sea view but you might be disappointed to get a room with a view with anything but definitely not sea. And this hotel won’t return the price difference back. I will never go to the hotel again!
