Enjoyed the stay. Room was very good. A little dated. Room service not so good. Never topped up coffee milk etc. sundries which you had to pay for were missing which could have lead to being charged for something we did not have. Had to remind reception twice of this. But would stop there again as overall experience was good

Rufflets was our favorite stay out of five different hotels in the UK. The whole experience was incredible! The staff is so wonderful and welcoming, the bar was cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. My family all agrees that this is the one hotel we want to go back to!

Nice hotel, lovely and clean. Beautiful sea view from our room. Staff very friendly. Plenty of parking.
Noise - you can hear everything in the corridor. Doors banging closed was an issue for us, made me jump on many occasions. Apart from this one issue it was a lovely stay.
