Everyone was so nice. The hotel is great. The food, room, location next to metro was great everything gets a perfect score.

I stayed at the duplex suite and the 2 bedroom bohemian suite and both wonderful. Also staff was helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel lovely big room with view of the square amazing breakfast in Mozart cafe. Would just reiterate what other have said about the stairs in the old part. We we were room 201 and lots of stairs to climb and no lift x

A beautiful hotel with a very comfortable, clean, spacious room. On-site amenities and restaurant were excellent. My only recommendation is to add some texture and/or slip-resistant coating to the shower floor; it was very slick once wet and felt a bit dangerous. Overall, highly recommended. I would absolutely stay here again.

The Pytloun is well located on Wenceslas square - bit more like a "boulevard" than a square! A central area of town with the main National museum at one end of the square, and it is a wide street, lined with shops, but called Wenceslas Square - So great central location just in the new town, but on the edge of the "Old Town" The hotel building itself is old, but inside is all refurbished and smart with comfy beds, good amenities and delicious food - see the photo on Expedia site. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would certainly go back and be happy to recommend

The room was clean, more than enough amenities and clean towels were big enough. All the staff were nice and friendly.

Everything and everyone at this hotel was top notch.

As I mentioned before, the staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is excellent, but we were not able to sleep well, even with the room upgrade that was given to us. The air conditioning simply does not work as it should. For that reason, I would not choose to stay there again.
