Excellent hotel, convenient location, outstanding service, very professional, special mention for Mr. Ottavio. Very helpful in giving us tips and making reservations in Saint Emillion.
Highly recommended hotel and the breakfast buffet is very good.

This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again when we return.
