Very clean and big room

Clean room and able to check in early. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location wise is good too, many good eatery restaurants near by. Not too far from MTR station.

The Novotel staff are polite. The checkin was easy, quick and we appreciated the checkout time of 2pm as our flight is late. It’s difficult to find Novotel when you come out of the MTR. Take a lift to level 2 and it’s near Uni Glo. Very convenient location and shopping was fun here.

Everything was impeccable! The room in particular was spectacular.

Staying at the Regent Hong Kong was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of in every possible way. The service is warm, genuine, and effortless—everyone I met went out of their way to make me feel at home. My room was stunning, with breathtaking views over Victoria Harbour and every comfort thought through down to the smallest detail. Breakfast was a highlight every day, and the restaurants set a new standard for quality and presentation. What impressed me most was the consistency: every single staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, delivered world-class hospitality with a personal touch.

We booked two rooms and both of them are so clean. The restaurant - the market - is very convenient and a good choice for both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet.

Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

The harbour views from our room were stunning. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, room was fair size and clean

We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Awesome location and room. Room was cleaned regularly. But one night I noticed the sheets weren’t swapped out with new sheets. But was fixed when we asked reception the next day

Convenient location. However hotel entrance is a bit awkward, going through an alley which is the drawback. Housekeeping services are great. Front desk staffs should have more patience with guests.
