The hotel and all its services are excellent. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. The cleanliness and organization are impeccable. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette, cabinets, and various utensils. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is outstanding, with special recognition to JC (Bar), as well as Laurews and Tritas at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service—always polite and professional. The pool and exterior areas are well-organized, attractive, and feature a charming Caribbean and romantic ambiance, accompanied by a variety of music. The food and breakfast options are diverse and of excellent quality. Prices are consistent with the level of service and quality provided—we only hope they remain this way. The parking area is spacious, secure, and free of charge. Highly recommended for families with children, couples, and individuals of all ages Raquel and Vicente

Clean Spacious Rooms

We had a wonderful stay — the rooms are great, and the menu is reliable and consistent. I did rent a movie for my granddaughter for $24.99, but since she fell asleep, we couldn’t finish it. The next day she wanted to continue watching, and I was surprised to learn I’d need to pay again. It might be nice if families had the option to resume rentals or, even better, if a couple of additional children’s channels were available. That would be a thoughtful addition to an already delightful family property.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ritz-Carlton. All of the staff were super nice and welcoming, which made our experience wonderful from start to finish. A special thank you to Miranda at the host stand, who was incredibly kind to our child and made them feel so comfortable and happy. That extra care meant so much to us as parents and turned our stay into something truly memorable

The entire staff is phenomenal! Grounds are kept immaculately. 5 stars!

We were 10 people and we loved the house! It was an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. Close to everything! House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The management company and owner were very polite and easy to communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future.
