"The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. ..."

"hotel was convenient to family we were visiting. easy access to bus station into the town and shops by the lake rooms were clean but not great / towels were not always replaced. shower in tub was a little slippery and no handle to hold on the wall/ nice view of the lake from balcony"
