Lake Geneva Pet-friendly Vacations

Should I ever return to Geneva, I will try to stay here again. Unique decor, very friendly front desk staff, very clean room, delightful bed, and fabulous bathroom, plus a huge balcony in my junior suite (with a retractable canopy) made this hotel a much needed respite from the previous week of meetings. Even had a bit of a view of the lake and background mountains. Just so lovely all around. Definitely recommend.

Great location for a good price. Area is very walkable and quiet and appeared to be safe. Rooms were clean. A/ C worked well and loved the large windows for fresh air. The VIP amenity was a free bottle of wine, some waters and chocolates for two. I do not drink wine and so the VIP amenity was kind of lost on me, but I appreciated the kind staff and the waters.

Basic hotel, quite old. Poor view from the bedroom looking onto rail tracks. Noise from running trains during the night is disruptive to sleep.

A hidden gem! My experience was wonderful from the time I checked in to the moment I checked out. The staff were very responsive and the place was very clean and well maintained!

Parking in Geneva can be expensive and difficult if hotel parking is full but great directions from receptionist to Gare Eau de Vives 10min walk to hotel - very helpful

This is more than a hotel stay. It’s an experience. From the moment you arrive you feel transported to a different life. Every staff member makes you feel like you are their most important guest. After checking us in and making sure we had dinner reservations Geulia took us on a tour of the gorgeous and meticulously maintained hotel and facilities then personally took us to our room to ensure we were pleased. Our room and view were spectacular, so quiet and luxurious, every detail thoughtful and beautiful but also comfortable. The pool, spa and restaurants as well as the surrounding areas by the lake are romantic and walkable- there is no need to leave the hotel. We also enjoyed the history of the hotel as well as pictures of famous people who have stayed. Even the gift shop was a delight as Nolwen treated me to a beauty refresher and made me feel like a queen for an afternoon. All in all a magnificent stay. If a once in a lifetime 5 star experience is on your bucket list- this is the one to go to!

The absolute finest service I have ever experienced in all of my years! Our stay was so perfect we have booked the hotel for next year. The attention to our needs as well as every detail was far and above any expectation imaginable. Special thanks to Aderina, Massi, Alexandre, and the fabulous Heni! A superb place to stay; extraordinary and helpful staff, friendly, welcoming, engaging. Food at Windows restaurant is superb as is staff there, too. Morning breakfast a delight. Rooms beautifully staged. Across from lake and free boat transfers. A truly wonderful stay!

The room has a great view, is quiet and clean, and is very conveniently located near the pier and the train station. The breakfast also offers a wide variety of options.
