Nice, clean, quiet hotel in an excellent location right by a main underground station. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Would highly recommend a stay for a city break.

A bit surprised at lack of amenities. The room was rather small and oddly shaped. There were no robes nor even a simple shower cap. Having stayed in some other five-star hotels for less money in both Berlin and Brussels, it was disappointing. The bar and common sitting areas were also very tight.
