Loads of things to do on the property with some great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were very helpful. Careful with biting midges in summer!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled by Air Canada. We were very grateful for the manager’s rate we were offered as a courtesy for the disruption even though it had nothing to do with the hotel!

Close to restaurants and shopping. A 15-20 minute walk to the harbourfront. Friendly staff and clean hotel.

Had a really lovely hotel! :) Was very tired when I arrived and what a pleasant surprise it was to start my stay with a meal in the restaurant. My server Ashley was very friendly and genuine. She even gave me the name of the singer, who I thought was just fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean and my room was comfortable. A few noisy kids in the hallways from time to time, but I that can't be helped - you'll find it anywhere. Location was about a 20-25 min walk along the Harbour Passage to the Uptown/waterfront area - a beautiful walk. All of the staff were very pleasant and I will absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Saint John. Highly recommend.

Very clesn and close to the airport.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The continental breakfast was seriously lacking. Didn’t have any meat option. Had to pay extra for that. This hotel needs a serious refresh.
