Panama Canal Zone Pet-friendly Vacations

I booked this hotel knowing that they have a swimming pool but upon arrival I was told the pool is under construction. During my stay The hotel had a flood issue all the upper floors didn’t have usage of water, I wasn’t able to shower for two days, no one called me to apologized I think management is poor. I had to ask for compensation,

Had a wonderful stay the staff is very friendly and attentive

Amazing time across the board staying at both the Treehouse and the Ocean Villa for the week. The attention to the details made this an experience like no other. The treehouse created a one-of-a-kind experience especially with the views and birds around the island. Highly recommend doing both. The service staff were extremely kind and attentive to all needs with a caring spirit of service. The housekeeping staff kept the places immaculate each day. The food quality was exceptional, especially at dinner each night in the Elephant House. The focus and creativity of each meal along with the unique presentation each night really made it special. The soups and main course served each night were absoutely the best we have ever experienced. Our conpliments to the chefs. A special thanks to the staff that made us feel very special and exhibited the gift of hospitality. Outstanding service really shined through Gilberto, Andrea, Mikeal, Franco, Ruby, Carlos, Victor, Liz, Williams, Sherill, and so many others! If you desire an intimate, unique resort experience that you will never forget, this is your place!

Pasamos un fin de semana, el personal es muy amable y todos están velando por la satisfacción del huesped. El lugar es hermoso, rodeado de naturaleza y tiene arte en cada rincón del hotel. La comida estuvo fabuloso y el desayuno incluido muy completo. Tenían una pequeña sección gluten free.

A lovely hotel and excellent food and rooms and service.

The hotel was average. The shower was never warm. It took some getting used to taking cold showers. But, otherwise it was in a very convenient location where you can walk to all attractions in Casco. There is a strong police presence so I always felt safe. Prices are expensive in this area.

Great experience, beautiful apartment. Minor maintenance issues that were addressed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

It was very relaxing to stay at the historical and cutely renovated apartment. Great aesthetic. Lively apartment, very well decorated! Right the middle of everything in the beautiful town of Casco Veijo. Vibrant lanes, boutique stores, cafes and restaurants near by. We had an amazing time staying for 2 nights at this apartment.

clean and functional with excellent staff

Wow! This resort is absolutely amazing! Bekar went above and beyond for us! He even brought in a TV to the lobby so we could watch the NHL playoff game! Food is 10/10 as well. We will definitely go back!
