Overall, we had a pleasant stay, though there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The A/C in our room never cooled properly. We appreciated the front desk trying to help by adjusting the temperature, but unfortunately, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our three-night stay. Thankfully, I had brought a small fan, which provided some relief. Breakfast was also disappointing, especially considering the price. By around 9:30 a.m., several of the hot items were already gone or running low, with limited staff available to request replenishment. The scrambled eggs were particularly unappealing—they were soggy with an unusual texture and did not taste freshly prepared. For the price of the breakfast, we expected better quality, selection, and presentation. At checkout, a staff member asked how our stay had been. When I mentioned our disappointment with the A/C, I was surprised by the rather indifferent response. A simple acknowledgment or expression of concern would have been appreciated, especially since the issue affected our comfort for all three nights. Aside from these concerns, our stay was pleasant. With some improvements to the A/C, breakfast service, and how guest concerns are addressed, the overall experience could be much better.

The property was very clean and the staff was helpful with recommendations and directions for sights. The a/c was a plus and worked well. The room was great and had nice layout but might be troublesome for people travelling with large pieces of luggage. Great central location and very easy to walk everywhere.
