We had to vacate he hotel at 5 in the morning for a potential fire. There was no fire. He alarm was sounded but no one came on an intercom to report what was happening or what we were to do. We saw one staff member !

My wife and I loved our stay. Only issue was room was on River St side and with the bar Saddlebags across the street, music was very loud in room late night. But every other part of the stay was excellent.

Pretty nice hotel, small rooms and right by public restrooms so homeless around the entrance. Next time I ’ll stay closer to the shops or on the riverfront since this one is closest to bars and cocktail lounges mainly.

I can’t say enough nice things about the Perry lane hotel. I think it my most favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable down to the smallest detail. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect central location to go just about anywhere
