Parking was safe and easy. Restaurants and bar onsite are very good but pricey. The breakfast options are limited; not good quality and costly for what’s offered. You can get better options at a Starbucks. It would be nice if complimentary coffee & water were made available.

I thought it was a nice hotel. But I stayed at the Hyatt Place next door for 1 night and it was 1/4 of the price and had a nice breakfast. Nice but not as nice as the price.

This hotel made our anniversary trip so lovely. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower and a nice jetted tub plus a heated bidet! The service was stellar with complimentary champagne on arrival and they allowed early check in since they had a room available. We loved the two bars and had a nice dinner in the Chez Ami retaurant. My favorite part was the hot spring. We spent time winding down in the spring every night! The location is convienient to many restaurants, clubs, and also the Shea theater. We would love to stay again!

Nice selection of fruit, cereal, protein, etc. The staff kept the service refreshed. There were a couple of off to the side tables where you could make calls, check emails, etc without disturbing other guests.
Friendly check in staff. Guest laundry clean, convenient, inexpensive.
